JKC Engineering utilizes a Schonstedt TraceMaster II underground utility line locator to locate pipelines and underground utilities. After an underground utility is located, we collect the location using survey grade GPS and geotagged photos of all above ground appurtenances and provide the data in a shapefile, google earth file, or any other format needed. We can also use this data to provide the client with easement exhibits or other printed maps.
